Champion Kids Rugs is committed to our customer's satisfaction.
Rugs will be accepted for exchange with no hassle within 14 days of original
purchase date, as long as the following stipulations are met:
Rugs must be unused, uncut, uninstalled and unaltered in any way. Rugs must be returned in new condition.
Installation or use of any rug will constitute your acceptance "as is".
You must inspect your order upon arrival and let us know about any problems within one week.
The customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping.
The rug must be returned within two weeks of delivery.
How to get an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number)
All returns should be accompanied with an RMA#. No returns will be acknowledged without an RMA#. Please email us at info@championkidsrugs.com to request for an RMA# for the product being returned which should also state the reason for the return. Also, it is your responsibility to give us your email address, phone number or the best way to communicate with you.

All carpet & flooring deliveries will be shipped in approximately 7-14 business days.
$29 Shipping on all carpets smaller than 12' x 9'. Carpet orders
within the contiguous USA ONLY. On all carpets samller than 12' x 9'
will be shipped either UPS or FedEx. Though all carpeting is sealed in plastic
wrapping, you should have a weather-safe place for the delivery company to leave
your carpeting in case you are not at home at the time of delivery.
*Any Carpet 12' x 9' or larger- Delivery cost is $65
Carpet sizes larger than 12' x 9' must be shipped by a trucking company to anywhere
with truck receiving facilities (loading dock), such as a business or your installer's
business location. Your carpet can also be delivered to a nearby trucking terminal
until your installer (or yourself) can pick it up.
If you need delivery to a location without a loading dock (for carpeting larger

options.
